Shipping, Guarantee, Returns

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer you a 100% guarantee on all our jewellery. If you are not satisfied for whatever reason please return and we will refund the money you have paid for the item.
We guarantee,

  1. If any piece of jewellery is not as you had envisioned upon receiving, please contact us for return of monies paid. (note: refund does not include the return shipping cost when goods have been correctly supplied.)
  2. If any piece of jewellery arrives damaged it will be replaced at no cost.
  3. All pieces of jewellery comprise 925 sterling silver as advertised. Our gemstones are ALWAYS of fine quality and best clarity, colour, cut and shape we can obtain for the price offered.
  4. If any piece of jewellery breaks due to a fault of the jewellery it will be replaced.

This guarantee requires notification by you within 7 days after receiving the jewellery - except for item 4. which is for the Lifetime of the jewellery. As most gemstones need special care and attention, these return and guarantee provisions may not hold unless you follow the “Caring for your Jewellery” guidelines enclosed with each item.

Target Same Day Shipment
We aim to send out your consignment the SAME DAY wherever possible of your order being placed and accepted. Please allow for a further 1-3 business days for NZ delivery and 3-10 days internationally.

Carriage Costs
LotusMoon uses fast parcel or courier post throughout NZ, and air parcel post to Australia and International destinations. All postal costs shown during the shopping check-out are based on LotusMoon's standard packaging and apply for any number of items provided they are shipped together in the one pack. These costs are expressed in the currency of the country being shipped to - providing you select your local currency from the currencies list in the left hand side panel.

Shipping Insurance
We do NOT cover against loss or damage during shipment. We will however at OUR discretion replace items so lost or damaged subject to availability of suitable replacement items.

Returns
Please do not return goods without contacting us first. We will advise you of the returns procedure when you contact us.
You have 7 days (after your receipt of the goods) to contact us to discuss returns.
We are unable to accept returns for used items. All products returned to us must be in their original and undamaged packaging.
The cost of returning items to us is for your account when goods have been correctly supplied.

Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled only PRIOR to their dispatch. If your order has been shipped, and you then wish to cancel it, you will have to follow the returns procedure (described above).
